Is there a free trial available?

Yes, you can try us for free for 30 days. If you want, we'll provide you with a free, personalised 30-minute onboarding call to get you up and running as soon as possible.

Can I change my plan later?

Absolutely. You can move between pay-as-you-go and monthly analytics at any time from Billing history in your account settings.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel at any time. Your mall listing stays live until the end of the paid period, and you keep access to any analytics months you already purchased.

Can other info be added to an invoice?

Yes — company details such as VAT number and purchase order references can be added to invoices from the Billing history page.

How does billing work?

Analytics is billed per month of historical data you unlock. Invoices are generated automatically and are downloadable from Billing history.

How do I change my account email?

Your login email is verified against your business, so it can only be changed by our support team — send us a message and we will help you switch it.
